Status & Lifecycle

Status Node 01

Certificate Issuance

Issued after the client fulfills all standard requirements through audit processes and validated corrections. Decisions are made objectively without bias.

Status Node 02

Certificate Refusal

Occurs if the scope cannot be certified, requirements fail to be met, significant findings are unresolved, or the client rejects the decision.

Status Node 03

Certificate Maintenance

Conducted through periodic surveillance at least once a year to ensure the company consistently meets quality requirements.

Status Node 04

Certificate Renewal

Reassessment of the management system effectiveness before the certificate expires. If qualified, the certificate is renewed.

Status Node 05

Certificate Suspension

May occur upon client request, changes violating provisions, or if surveillance audits cannot be conducted.

Status Node 06

Certificate Restoration

A suspended certificate can be restored after GIS verifies that nonconformities have been effectively corrected.

Status Node 07

Certificate Withdrawal

Withdrawal is executed due to standard violations, failure to meet procedures, bankruptcy, or fatal misuse of the certificate.

Status Node 08

Scope Extension

Granted to companies requesting scope addition after a comprehensive assessment of requirement fulfillment.

Status Node 09

Scope Reduction

Scope reduction occurs due to significant nonconformities in specific areas, client request, or other operational factors.
