Document Review (Stage 1)

Field Audit (Stage 2)
Conducting on-site observations, interviews, and compliance verification of OHS implementation directly at the worksite.
Follow-up on Findings
The client takes corrective actions on audit findings or non-conformities that may be discovered.
Certification Decision
The technical committee makes the final decision for ISO 45001 certificate issuance and schedules periodic surveillance.
