ISO 9001 Certification
SNI ISO 9001:2015 for organizational quality management systems.
ISO 9001
What is ISO 9001?
ISO stands for the International Organization for Standardization. Meanwhile, 9001 is the specific standard series that sets out the criteria for a Quality Management System (QMS).
ISO 9001:2015 certification is not a standard for the quality of the product itself, but rather a standard for the governance systems and processes within your organization. Organizations that have obtained this certificate are globally recognized as having consistent, monitored, and continuously innovating systems to meet customer satisfaction as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
SNI ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems. An institution or organization that has obtained certification for implementing SNI ISO 9001:2015 can be considered to have met international requirements for assuring the quality of its products or services.
This standard helps organizations structure processes, responsibilities, document control, and continual improvement so that service quality and work outcomes become more consistent.

FAQ / BANTUAN
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get ISO 9001 certification?
The time required varies depending on the size and readiness of your organization. Generally, the process from application to certificate issuance takes between 1 to 3 months.
Is ISO 9001 only intended for large companies or manufacturing plants?
No. ISO 9001 is designed to be applicable to organizations of all sizes and industrial sectors, including service companies, government agencies, hospitals, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
How long is the ISO 9001 certificate valid and how is it renewed?
The ISO 9001 certificate is valid for 3 years. During this period, we will conduct periodic surveillance audits (at least once a year). Towards the end of the third year, a re-certification audit will be conducted to renew the validity.
What is the difference between Stage 1 Audit and Stage 2 Audit?
The Stage 1 Audit focuses on reviewing the completeness of your documents and quality management procedures. If deemed ready, it proceeds to Stage 2, which is a direct field observation to verify that those procedures are implemented in daily operations.
What happens if the auditor finds a "Non-Conformity"?
If a non-conformity is found, your organization will be given an agreed timeframe to take corrective action. The certificate will be issued after the auditor verifies the corrective action is effective.
