Whistleblower Protection

PT. Global Inspection Certification guarantees the confidentiality of the reporters identity and provides protection against any form of intimidation, threats, or retaliation from the reported party. Reporting can be done anonymously, but if the reporter is willing to provide an identity, it will make the investigation process easier.

Follow-up Process

1. 1. Report Receipt – Incoming reports will be reviewed to ensure completeness of information.
2. 2. Initial Verification – The WBS Team will conduct an initial analysis of the alleged violation.
3. 3. Investigation – If the report is valid, further investigation will be conducted by the authorized team.
4. 4. Action – If a violation is proven, the company will take action in accordance with applicable policies.
5. 5. Reporting Results – The results of the investigation will be submitted to the relevant parties in accordance with company policy.
